Moose Takes on Wine Country

To celebrate the labor day weekend, Moose, her grandparents, her aunt and I all headed up to Solvang and Santa Barbara for some wine, food, friends and fun! It was a weekend of many first's for Moose!
She had to share her water with Hannah, which she didn't like. She opted to stand in the bowl instead of sharing.

She slept in the car most of the way up, and bundled up in case it got cold up north!

She even stayed in a hotel for her first time! She was excited to run all over the beds with her Aunt Hannah after check-in.

They also played with Lily, their dolphin cousin.
And she made a nice bed from some hotel towels.

After a long first day, she was pooped!
But soon ready to go again the next day and take on more wineries!

She promptly fell asleep at the first winery.
Hannah was ecstatic to have off work for Labor Day
She soon conquered Pride Rock
She conquered the public call box.

She conquered the wine-making process.
And conquered the art of sleeping in yet another tasting room.

Yes, I went there.

How could you NOT put this cute little dog in a cute little hoodie?

Biking in Venice Beach

At the tender age of 10 weeks, Moose took on Venice Beach from the basket on my bike.
She met many strange, smelly locals. She also got attacked by many girls who wanted pictures with her. Next time I'm going to charge! I would have made a killing!
It was a long and tiring day for Moose. She had to take a lap nap on the ride home.

Bath!

Vet visit

Still sleepy, I took Moose to the vet the next day. She got a clean bill of health except for worms! GROSS. got her on medecine FAST.

Moose's first night home

Starting from the beginning- Moose came home with me a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. So happy I almost cried when I got to hold her and actually bring her home! Of course, it was a little scary too. What am I going to do with this poop machine? She doesn't know what one thing I say means- how do I get through to her?! Her cuteness and excitement to see me helped me to push past the fears and enjoy her. She didn't know how to play, but this is something that would soon change! Excited to have Moose become a part of my life was really just a small part of it. Let's start our adventures together!

Sharing the adventures of Moose

This blog is created with the sole purpose to share the adventures of my beautiful and lovely Welsh Corgi girl, Moose. She's fun, hyper, bouncy, soft, kissy and cuddly. So pretty much: be jealous. It would be mean and selfish of me to not share her adventures with you. So enjoy!
